Home Uplift provides professional exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, driveway cleaning, patio and decking cleaning, window cleaning, and solar panel cleaning.
We primarily operate across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire but may travel further for larger projects.
Enquiries and Quotes
All enquiries made through our website, email, or phone are non-binding.
Quotes provided are based on the information supplied by the customer and visual inspection where applicable. Prices may be subject to change if the condition, size, or accessibility of the area differs from what was originally described.
A booking is only confirmed once agreed by both parties.
Payments
At present, Home Uplift does not accept payments through the website. Payment methods, amounts, and due dates will be agreed directly with the customer prior to work commencing.
Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in additional charges or refusal of future services.
Access and Preparation
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas at the agreed time.
This includes:
- Access to water supply where required
- Removal of personal items from work areas
- Ensuring pets are kept safely away during cleaning
Delays or cancellations caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.
Health, Safety, and Property Care
Home Uplift uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate cleaning methods for each surface. However, exterior cleaning carries inherent risks, especially on older or previously damaged surfaces.
- Some surfaces may already be worn, fragile, or degraded
- High-pressure cleaning may expose pre-existing defects
- Older roofs, pointing, seals, and coatings may be compromised
By proceeding with the service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks. Home Uplift cannot be held responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor maintenance, or structural weaknesses.
Roof, Gutter, and Associated Cleaning
Customers acknowledge that roof cleaning may result in debris entering gutters and that gutter cleaning may result in debris falling onto areas below, such as driveways, patios, or pathways.
It is recommended that related areas are cleaned together. If the customer chooses not to proceed with additional cleaning, Home Uplift is not responsible for residual mess caused as a natural result of the service provided.
Weather Conditions
Exterior cleaning services are weather-dependent. Home Uplift reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, frost, high winds, or unsafe working conditions.
Cancellations
Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated or late cancellations may result in a fee at Home Uplift’s discretion.
Satisfaction and Complaints
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Any concerns or complaints must be raised within 48 hours of service completion to allow us the opportunity to assess and resolve the issue.
